Both televisions are pre-configured to connect to the apartment Wi-Fi.
Laundry
A Bosch washing machine and dryer are available for guest use.
Please note that power to both laundry appliances is controlled by the wall switch located behind the dining table. Ensure the switch is turned on before operating either machine.
Laundry detergent is provided as a starter supply for your convenience.

Please familiarise yourself with the following safety information.
Cooking & Smoke Alarms
When cooking, please use the rangehood and avoid excessive smoke.
If smoke is caused by cooking, do not open the apartment entry door into the hallway. Instead, open the apartment windows to ventilate the space.
Excessive cooking smoke may activate the building's fire detection systems and could result in emergency service call-out charges, for which guests may be responsible.
Emergency Exit
The emergency stairwell is located at the opposite end of the corridor from Apartment 3202.
Fire Safety Equipment
A fire extinguisher and fire blanket are located above the clothes dryer inside the laundry cupboard.

Smoking & Pets Policy
This is a strictly non-smoking apartment.
Smoking, vaping and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere inside the apartment.
Pets are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to arrival.
Additional cleaning and remediation charges may apply if these policies are breached.
