Climate Control

The apartment is equipped with a reverse-cycle air conditioning unit located in the living area. For best results, please keep internal doors open when cooling or heating the apartment.

Wi-Fi & Entertainment

Wi-Fi details will be provided in your arrival instructions.

Both televisions are pre-configured to connect to the apartment Wi-Fi.

Laundry

A Bosch washing machine and dryer are available for guest use.

Please note that power to both laundry appliances is controlled by the wall switch located behind the dining table. Ensure the switch is turned on before operating either machine.

Laundry detergent is provided as a starter supply for your convenience.

Using the Washing Machine

  1. Turn on the laundry power switch behind the dining table.
  2. Load your clothes and add detergent.
  3. Turn the control knob to your desired wash cycle.
  4. Press the Start/Pause button to begin the wash.

Using the Dryer

  1. Ensure the laundry power switch is turned on.
  2. Load the dryer.
  3. Select your preferred drying program.
  4. Press the Start/Pause button to begin.

Building Safety

Please familiarise yourself with the following safety information.

Cooking & Smoke Alarms

When cooking, please use the rangehood and avoid excessive smoke.

If smoke is caused by cooking, do not open the apartment entry door into the hallway. Instead, open the apartment windows to ventilate the space.

Excessive cooking smoke may activate the building's fire detection systems and could result in emergency service call-out charges, for which guests may be responsible.

Emergency Exit

The emergency stairwell is located at the opposite end of the corridor from Apartment 3202.

Fire Safety Equipment

A fire extinguisher and fire blanket are located above the clothes dryer inside the laundry cupboard.

In Case of Fire

  • Do not use lifts.
  • Use the emergency stairs.
  • Follow all emergency instructions issued by building management or emergency services.

Smoking & Pets Policy

This is a strictly non-smoking apartment.

Smoking, vaping and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere inside the apartment.

Pets are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to arrival.

Additional cleaning and remediation charges may apply if these policies are breached.

Parking

There is no on-site guest parking available.

Nearby paid parking options include:

Noise & Consideration for Neighbours

This is a residential building.

Please respect other residents and keep noise to a minimum, particularly between:

11:00 PM and 7:00 AM

Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.

Rubbish Disposal

Small bins are provided inside the apartment.

Additional rubbish disposal facilities are located opposite the lifts near Apartment 3202.

Please dispose of rubbish responsibly and avoid leaving food waste inside the apartment for extended periods.

Check-Out Instructions

Check-out time: 10:00 AM

Before departure, please:

  • Return all keys to KeyNest at 15 Sutherland Street.
  • Please wash used dishes or load and start the dishwasher before departure..
  • Dispose of rubbish and recycling.
  • • Strip any used beds and place all used sheets, pillowcases, doona covers and towels in the bathroom.
  • Turn off lights, air conditioning and appliances.
  • Close and lock all windows and doors.
  • Check carefully for personal belongings.
